CIS TAX REBATES AND TAX RETURNS

LOW-COST ACCOUNTANCY FOR CONSTRUCTION WORKERS

Our fixed fee for the CIS Tax Rebate and CIS Tax Return is only £299.99 including VAT

Our CIS accounting package include:

  • Tax Return Self-Assessment as required by HMRC

  • Sole Trader Profit and Loss Accounts confirming the amount of refund due

  • Advice on allowable Business Expenses for Construction Workers

  • Repayment straight to your nominated bank account

Those working in construction under CIS are usually due annual Tax rebate from April onward, because too much Tax has been deducted from the sub-contractors payments. These Tax deductions can add up and the Tax overpayments can go into the thousands with the minimum repayment of £2,514!

To claim your CIS back and to get started, all you have to do is to provide us with the following:

  • Copies of CIS Tax deduction statements

  • Details of the sites or places where you have worked

  • Receipts for expenses or bank/credit card statements

  • Receipts for tools and various equipment

  • Mobile phones bills or amounts paid

  • Training and Certification fees

  • Accountancy Fees (last but not least😉)
